Delete your Evolution account
Self-service deletion with a 30-day grace period
How it works
- Sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open Settings → Privacy and choose Delete account.
- Confirm with your password. We'll email you a one-click cancel link.
- After 30 days, your personal data is permanently anonymized.
What gets erased
- Personal information (name, email, phone)
- Login credentials and 2FA secrets
- Linked email and bank integrations
Retained, by law
Invoices, vendors, and payment records are kept anonymized for 7 years to meet Dutch tax-law retention requirements (Belastingdienst), then permanently destroyed. They cannot be linked back to you.
Already requested deletion and want to cancel? Use the link in your confirmation email, or sign in and visit Settings → Privacy.
