I forgot my password.
Use the forgot-password page to receive a reset link by email. The link expires after one hour.
How do I delete my account?
Sign in, open Settings → Privacy, and choose Delete account. You can also start the process from the public deletion page. There is a 30-day grace period during which you can cancel from the email confirmation link or from Settings.
An invoice extracted incorrectly.
Open the invoice and edit any field directly. Your corrections feed back into the matching engine for future uploads from the same supplier.
I uploaded an invoice but don't see it.
Uploads are processed asynchronously. The invoice appears in your list within a few seconds. If it’s still missing after a minute, check that you uploaded to the correct company (if you have more than one) and refresh the page.
How do I report a bug or request a feature?
Email us at messaging@onsadmin.com with as much detail as you can — what you were doing, what you expected, what happened. A screenshot or screen recording helps a lot.
